We ordered delivery from here for the first time last night. I had the honey chicken which was prepared the way I like it. The sauce wasn't too sweet although there was a lot of it in the bottom of the container. I liked their fried rice. I feel like a lot of places around here it's bland but it had a good bit of flavor and it wasn't full of onions which I'm sure my husband loved. He had the General Tao and liked it. Delivery was pretty quick, prices were reasonable, and the people were super nice. I also thought it was nice that a dinner combo came the drink. I definitely think we'll try them again.

I didn't expect much from this hole-in-the-wall Chinese take-out restaurant, but I have to say I was disappointed. The food is sub-par as far as take-out goes and I do not recommend it. I did appreciate the interior decor and extremely friendly service. But I ordered Kung-pao, general tso's, and wonton soup, and they missed the mark even on these take-out essentials.

This Chinese restaurant is great. Their food is delicious. I've never had crab Rangoon before and it was included for free in my order because it was over 30$ and I loved it. Their prices are also lower than any of the close by Chinese restaurants. The lady that took my order was so nice and very sweet. They were also very fast. I ordered two combos and an entree and probably only waited about ten minutes.

I ordered cashew chicken, and Mongolian beef. The Mongolian Beef had an extraordinary amount of under-cooked onion. This dish also contained broccoli and red peppers that were under-cooked. It was like biting into warm raw vegetables with a brown sauce on them. The cashew chicken also had under-cooked vegetables. Both dishes had the same brown sauce that so many Chinese restaurants use. I was very disappointed, and will not ever return to this establishment.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
